My general research interests are computational biomedicine, namely, to develop mathematical and computational models to advance discoveries in biology and medicine.
Currently my dissertation research focuses on quantitative analysis of masses on dynamic contrast-enhanced (DCE) breast MRI. My calling in breast imaging research started from a wonderful internship at Siemens Medical Solution in summer 2004, and has been solidified through my traineeship at UT M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. All my publications are listed in my CV, and some of my works are listed as follows.
Q. Wu and M. K. Markey Book Chapter ``Computer-Aided Diagnosis for Breast Cancer on MR Imaging" (PDF), pp. 739--762,
in edited book Recent Advances in Breast Imaging, Mammography and Computer-Aided Diagnosis, SPIE press, 2006
