Under the 1998-2000 and 2000-2002 catalogs, you may opt to use this course as a replacement for EE321K Electrical Engineering Laboratory I instead of using this course as a technical area elective. However, you may not use it as both a replacement of EE321K and a technical area elective. Please contact the ECE Undergraduate Office for more details.

When Prof. Evans introduced this course in Fall of 1997, the course number was EE 379K Topic 17. From Fall 1999 to Spring 2010, it has had a permanent number of EE 345S. In Fall 2010, the number of credit hours increased from three to four, and hence the course number changed to EE 445S.
