I was Born in Tehran, Iran. 12 April 1982

Finished high-school at 1999 and entered Sharif University of Technology , Department of Electrical Engineering .

Spent 5 years studying Wireless Communications, Digital Signal/Image processing.  Graduated with honors at 2004.

Entered Simon Fraser University, School of Engineering Science at 2004 and finished my M.A.Sc under the supervision of Dr. Faisal Beg, I was a member of Medical Image Analysis Lab from 2004 to 2008.

Started my Ph.D. at University of Texas at Austin from Fall 2008 where I am currently a member of the WNCG group under the supervision of Dr. Robert Heath and Dr. Jeff Andrews.
