Instruction for Authors
The submission deadline has been extended by ONE WEEK to March,
17, 2000.
This is firm deadline, no further extensions will be
granted.
Papers will be published in a proceedings by IEEE/CS Press
(available at the conference site and afterwards through IEEE/CS).
Papers may be accepted either as regular (long) papers or as short
(poster) papers. If a paper is accepted for publication in the
proceceedings, at least one author must register for and attend the
conference.
- Submit unpublished original papers only.
- Submit full paper in Postscript or PDF format.
- There is no restriction on submission format. Double spaced
submissions are recommended.
- Indicate the track (track descriptions can be found in home page).
- Consult Technical Program Chair for exception to electronic submission or questions about track information.
- Important Dates:
- Submission Deadline : March 17, 2000
- Notification of Acceptance : June 9, 2000
- Final Papers Due : July 21, 2000
