I am a Master candidate in Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin. I receive my Bachelor's degree in Department of Electrical Engineering at Tsinghua University in 2009.
Currently I am a member Wireless Networking & Communication Group and Center for Perceptual Systems. My supervisor is Professor Brian Evans.

    Undergraduate Research Assistant in Image Engineering Laboratory   Academic Advisor:
Professor Yujin Zhang
        Detect moving cast shadow in video based on a modified physical model. Learn the multi-model distribution of shadow using kernel
        estimation. Use energy minimization of Markov Random Field to segment the cast shadow.
        Use multi-scale histogram descriptor to improve particle filter based tracking method, making it more robust to locate object when
        there is change in size.

        Optimize the Hausdorff-Based Algorithm of clustering in three dimensional object recognition through Fourier Descriptors. Reduce
