    Undergraduate Research Assistant in Image Engineering Laboratory   Academic Advisor: Professor Yujin Zhang
        Detect moving cast shadow in video based on a modified physical model. Learn the multi-model distribution of shadow using kernel
        estimation. Use energy minimization of Markov Random Field to segment the cast shadow.
        Use multi-scale histogram descriptor to improve particle filter based tracking method, making it more robust to locate object when
        there is change in size.
