Welcome to the research section of my home page. My current research interest are in the area of microelectronics. More specifically, my current research falls into two distinct categories:

• MBE Crystal Growth of Compound Semiconductors and Heterogeneous Materials Integration
• Electronics and Optoelectronic Devices

The material systems currently under investigation include:

• Al-Ga-In-As on GaAs substrates
• Al-Ga-In-As on InP substrates
• Ga-In-As-P on InP substrates
• Al-Ga-In-N on sapphire substrates
