WWC-6: IEEE 6th Annual Workshop on Workload Characterization

The registration process is divided in 3 steps:
1. Fill out this form, and submit it. This step will update our database. You will receive a confirmation email after this step.
2. If all the necessary information is provided, you will receive a customized form where you can provide your payment information. Depending on which method of payment you select you would have to mail or fax that form.
3. We will email you once we have actually credited payment of your fees.
If paying by check, make checks payable to IEEE-WWC.
Early registration fees apply through Wednesday, 22 October 2003. Registrations received after that time may be acknowledged and processed along with on-site registrations only.
Written requests for refunds must be received in the registration office no later than October 23, 2003. Refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee. All no-show registrations will be billed in full.
Bounced checks will be charged a penalty of $25 or higher depending on the penalty charged by the bank.
Students are required to submit a proof of full time enrollment (a valid student ID card or a letter from the university confirming full-time student status at the time of the workshop).

The workshop will be held at the Austin Marriott at the Capitol.
