I think Chapter 7, Appendix A, and what I have said in class ought to be
enough.  However, I realize that some of you do like a text book.  ...and
hopefully, I will get one done for this course at some point.  

Until then, I will have to cop out and fall back on what is usually the case
in senior/graduate courses at top tier universities: no book.  Use references 
as you see fit.  In fact, that is why I have listed three textbooks that all 
have their pros and cons.  Also, why I suggest you work in study groups.  
Problem sets go much better that way.
