I understand the student's point.  But two reasons why I think allowing this
is a bad idea.  First, you will not learn as much lifting code as you will
writing it from scratch (with our hints).  Second, where do you draw the line
as to what is trivial code and what isn't.  ...which means you could easily
miss out on a lot of important learning experiences.  So, yes, it is not
allowed.  Please don't.

Good luck finishing this first lab on time.
