As you know, computer engineering is like all engineering, knowledge is
cumulative.  We continually build on what we already know.  So, clearly
anything we have talked about so far in the semester is fair to be on
the second midterm.  However, I only have an hour and a half, and we
have covered a lot of ground, so most (almost all, but not all) of 
the exam will come from stuff we did not test on the first exam.
