I am an Assistant Professor at The University of Texas in Austin in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. I graduated from Harvard University and I was a researcher at AMD Research and Advanced Development Labs (RADL) before joining U.T.

If you are a student interested in pursuing research under my supervision and direction, then please first read this.

News Update (Jun 23rd, 2015): I am looking for students that have a strong interest in systems research, meaning able to play/hack around compilers/OS. I am also looking for students in mobile research, specifically things such as modifying the Android ART/Dalvik VM.
