Summary:

1. A copy of the S^4W software is being installed at UT Austin, Weiwei
   and Craig are working on getting the neccessary libraries and
   suitably modifying the configuation to enable the install.

2. Paper by Ramakrishnan, Rappaport, Varadarajan, et al titled
   "Towards Integrated PSEs for Wireless Communications: Experiences
   with the S^4W and SitePlanner Projects," has been accepted for
   publication in the ACM Mobile Computing and Communications Review,
   2004.

3. Shakkottai presented three papers resulting from the Montage and
   ITR projects at Infocom 2004 and the 38th Annual Conference on
   Information Sciences and Systems (CISS)}, Princeton, NJ, March, 2004.
   
4. Yung Yi will be presenting a talk on fluid models for network
   simulation at the next group meeting. This will form a core
   component of his Ph.D. proposal.
