BIO

I am a Ph. D. Student in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin . I received my M.S. and B.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering at Seoul National University , South Korea.  Prior to the Ph.D. program, I worked for three years at Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology , the flagship research center of Samsung Electronics. My research interests include biomedical signal processing and computational neuroscience.

It is my honor to be a Fulbright scholar . U.S. Department of State supports my graduate study and the program also provides me with valuable opportunities to broaden my perspective of the world. I like to share ideas and cultures with other Fulbrighters from all over the world. I treasure visits from and to them in the spirit of "Mi casa es su casa." Enjoying the privileges as a Fulbrighter, I can see that great ideas can truly change the world.
