My Travels - 1995

Countries visited in 1995 (in order):
England, Spain, Morocco, France, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Slovenia, Italy, Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, and later in the year: Australia.

Empire State Building, NYC
Josh and I began the three month trip with a wild weekend in New York...

Djemma el Fna , Marrakesh, Morocco
Snake-charming scoundrels with cobras and the works.

Here are Josh and I in Morocco at an Atlantic beach just south of Tangier. From left to right (on top) Hicham, me, Fiesel, Samir, Rachid, Shahin, and Josh. Highly unlikely that I would have made it through Morocco with my wallet and health without these guys.

When you want a good, centered picture, have a Japanese tourist take it. This is in front of the underrated Santa Croce cathedral in Florence, where such Florentines as Galileo, Machiavelli, Dante, and Michelangelo are buried.

Grindelwald, Switzerland
Picturesque (understatement) village above Interlaken.

Here our heroes have just completed a 100 meter bungy jump outside of Interlaken, Switzerland.

Agios Gordios, Corfu, Greece
The location of the infamous Pink Palace.

Bran, Transylvania, Romania
This is the so-called "Dracula's Castle". It's near the home of Vlad Tepes (Count Dracula), but he never actually lived here. Seemed spooky enough to me.

Sydney, Australia

The Three Sisters, Blue Mountains, New South Wales, Australia

Coogee Beach gets my vote as the best beach in Sydney, Australia, although Bondi is the most famous (Coogee beach shown).
