Sorry to bother all of you with this, but I don't know how else 
to do this quickly.

A student came up after class to tell me he left the room for a 
few minutes and when he returned, something of his was taken.  
It turns out, the "taker" was one of my TAs who noticed this 
valuable item had been left behind.

Since its loss will undoubtedly cause the student who is missing 
it anquish, I thought I would use email to let him know that if 
he comes by my office, and can identify it sufficiently, he can 
pick it up.
