EE 306 Problem Set and Exam Policy Re: Student Names

The following policy is in effect for the remainder of the semester:

1. Problem Set : If a problem set is turned in without a student name,
the problem set will not be graded.

2. Exam : For each exam (including the final exam) the student must write
his/her name on every page of the exam.  Each page that does not have a 
name written will incur a 5 point deduction on the exam grade.  Thus, two 
pages without a name will result in 10 points off the exam grade, etc.

Students MUST have their UT Student ID card with them to be admitted to the exam room.  

This policy will be strictly enforced without exception.
