A student writes:

        Dr. Patt,

        I was just wondering if you wanted us to include a part 
        in our programming
        where if B (the number of left rotations) was negative, 
        then the program would right rotate the number N.

This is the third student raising this question in the past hour,
so I am finally succumbing to sending my response to the whole class.
Please go back and read the programming assignment, as it was updated
on Tuesday.  Today is Thursday.  Hint: Read the sentence highlighted in red.
