My TAs have done several spot checks of the programs submitted thus
far, and noticed that a number of programs do not carry out the last
step: write the result of the rotation to memory location x3102.

Please be sure that you do that.  ...and, if you haven't, please add
that step and resubmit.  It is an important part of the program, even
though it is by no means the hardest part of the program.  It would be
a shame to get wiped out by forgetting a simple step.
