Important Information for Exam 1
Date, Time: The 1st exam will be held on Wednesday October 4th, 2006. The Exam
will start prompty at 3:30pm and will end at 4:50pm so that we have enough time to collect
the exams and be out of the room by 5:00pm.
Rooms: We will have two rooms for the exam:
If your last name begins with the letters A-M, your room is WEL 2.224 (this is the regular lecture hall).
If your last name begins with the letters N-Z, your room is WCH 1.120.
Exam Protocol: Each student must show their UT-ID when he/she enters the examination room. In addition, each student will show their
UT-ID to a TA when he/she turns in their exam. The exam will be closed book, with one exception: the student may bring into the exam three
sheets of paper on which the student is free to write anything he/she wishes. All three sheets must be original sheets in the student's own
handwriting. The student may not have in his/her possession during the exam a calculator, a mobile phone, or any other mechanism that in the view
of the instructor can distract from a fair and balanced examination.
Review Session:
Dr. Patt will conduct a review session on Sunday October 1st.
The review session will will begin at 2:00pm and will take
