	 Hello Dr. Patt and TA's,
	 
	 I submitted my project 1 for regrade well before the deadline and sent 
	 the email you asked for before then too, but I haven't received a 
	 grade yet for the regrade. I was wondering if there is a reason for 
	 that and when I should expect the regrade to show up in my grades.

The regrades will be completed some time this week.  With 400+ students in the 
class, I felt it was more important to place higher priority on other things 
pertaining to the course, including grading your midterm, holding additional 
office hours, and answering email. 

I really do appreciate the fact that every student wants to know immediately 
how he/she is doing with respect to every graded component of the course.  
But with the limited and continually decreasing resources that have been made 
available to us, this unfortunately is not possible.

Please concentrate on the task at hand.  We will complete the grading as 
quickly as possible.
