	 Dr Patt,
	 
	 I turned in my interrupts program earlier with a modified delay that 
	 let me test it a bit easier on my computer. Would the delay affect the 
	 program when it's being tested after submission? (ie, Is the automated 
	 testing dependent on timing, since this program is always in an 
	 infinite loop?)  Should I change the delay back to the default 2500 
	 cycles one when I submit it?

Either way.  Changing the amount of delay should not affect the grading.
It is only there to help you test your work.
