Sorry to have to spam all of you, but I want to be sure that all students
who have special circumstances regarding the first midterm have been properly
accomodated.

Special disability students. If you have a letter from UT's Services for
Students with Disabilities, and have not yet given it to me, please do so
by classtime on Wednesday. I have made accomodations for those students
to take the exam, and I would like to be sure that all students in that group
have been taken care of.

Religious observance. I have had one inquiry from a student wishing to take
the midterm earlier so he can get started early in his observance of Rosh
Hashonah. I responded to his inquiry but have not heard anything further
from him. Any student wishing to take the exam at 3pm rather than 4pm with
the class in order to be done by 4:30 so as to start the observance of
Rosh Hashonah - please contact me before classtime on Wednesday so I can
make arrangements for you to do so. As I understand it, Rosh Hashonah starts
at 7:30pm, two hours after the exam is over. However, if an extra hour will
make a difference to you, I am happy to have you take the exam at 3pm.
But I need to know without delay if you are in that category.

For the rest of you, the exam is at 4pm in WEL 2.224 + the spillover room,
which we are still working on. It will be posted by Monday on the EE 306
web site. Please check then.

Good luck on the exam. See you in class this Wednesday.
