Kathy Buckheit, who TAed 306 a long time ago, went to a great deal of effort to prepare a manual that would enable a 306 student to be able to take advantage of all the features of the Simulator, including breakpoints. See the section on the website on Handouts and Documentation. If that doesn't answer all your questions about breakpoints, please see one of the TAs during office hours or during discussion section, and if that does not work, please send me email again.
