Yes, Trap handler is synonymous with Trap service routine.  I did not
realize we did not use the term in the book.  In fact, the term is so common
that we should have mentioned it in the book, and of course, we should have 
trap handler in the index as well.

Thank you for bringing it to my attention.  We will include the term in 
the 3rd edition.
