Students,

I have uploaded the grades for Labs 0, 1, 2, and 3 to canvas. Please check your 
score to make sure your grade was uploaded correctly. Every year there are issues 
with uploading grades, so it is very important that you check your score and make 
sure it matches what the grade report that the grader gave you.

There are two main reasons for the trouble with uploading grades. Number 1, some 
students don’t follow directions and do not properly follow the header that we ask 
you to place at the top of your program. Number 2, sometimes the name a student 
chooses to go by (and puts at the top of their program) is a mismatch with the 
students formal name (the name the University has on file).

If you fall into category 2, just let me know (via email) that your grade is wrong 
and I will correct it right away. Please include your unix username in this email.

If you fall into category 1, there will be no punishment this time, however in 
future labs I will take off 10 points from your final grade for not properly 
following the header. For these first four labs, just send me an email and I will 
correct your grade.
