My students,

I have just been told that Professor Touba is giving a midterm next Wednesday
also from 3:30 to 5pm.  Our exam starts at 5pm.

If you are a student in Professor Touba's class, please let me know.  I am
thinking of making a small adjustment to when you take our midterm.

...and it goes without saying that if you have an exam in some other course
next Wednesday that either ends at 5pm or starts at 6:30pm, please email me
the details so I can see about adjusting the time for you as well.

Good luck on the midterm, and the rest of the semester.
