No, it is not ok.  I hate to be firm about this, but the point of the
three cheat sheets is to allow you to write down everything you do not 
want to bother memorizing.  ...which I think is a good thing.

The first time I offered this, one student carefully prepared a set of
cheat sheets which he sold to students in the class, thereby defeating
what I had hoped to accomplish by not requiring you to memorize stuff
that you can easily look up.  So, I quickly adjusted my constraints on
the cheat sheets to: "they must be in your own handwriting."  In that
way, no one can prepare your cheat sheets for you.  Allowing the use
of a tablet to prepare the cheat sheets defeats the purpose.

By the way, colored pens can be used to color code.
