Hi everyone,

As you know, President Hartzell has announced that the university is closed at
least until Thursday morning. We know this is a difficult time for you because
of the winterstorm and power outages in Texas, so we wanted to make a few quick
announcements to put you at ease about this course.

- You do not need to worry about lab or problem set deadlines. We will postpone
the deadlines.

- All discussion sections are cancelled this week.

- The exam next week will be rescheduled for later.

- Your first priority is to remain safe.

- Dr. Patt will send another email about all the changes to the class schedule
once he gets electricity and internet access.
