I have long believed that the optimal team size is three members. I can give you
my reasons if you wish. In fact, there have been very few cases where a team of
four has done a good job.  However, there have been a few instances where four
was the right number.  I have been asked already by two groups of four if they
can have four on their team.  And both groups are planning pretty impressive
designs which they claim will require four team members to handle the workload. 

I see no reason to deny them this extra joy  I would like to meet with each
group of four to be sure they and I are on the same page.  Tomorrow after class
would be a good time to meet if that is convenient for all four.
