[Buckingham 9-10] Came in the Hector and --, arrived in Boston 26 June 1637. 30 March 1638, sailed for Quinnipiack, now New Haven; arrived in about a fortnight. 4 people in his family and his estate was valued at 60 pounds. Removed to Milford in the autumn of 1639. TB was 5th on the list of free planters in November 1639. Will dated 19 September 1657; inventoried on 23 May 1659 and valued at 484-03-08. Married first Hannah (Fowler) and had 5 children (joined the church at New Haven 9 February 1639). Married second Ann --.

[Milford 137-8] One of the original settlers in 1639, having lot #36 which was located at the present corner of North Street and Governors Avenue, consisting of 2 acres and 3 rods. He was one of the 7 pillars of the church. He died in Boston where he had gone to procure a new minister for the church. Perhaps he had a second wife. SB the son of TB.
