[TAG 14:87-96] Died in East (now South) Windsor. Will proven between April 3 and
October 3. Was still living 17 November 1719, aged 90. Married 1) Mary Stone,
dau of Rev Samuel Stone, who was living in 1682. Mentioned as an inhabitant of
Norwalk Conn where his older brother Thomas settled, probably at the same time.
In 1650-1, was the owner of lot #5 at Norwalk; in 1653-4, sold and moved to
Northampton Mass; after a year or two, moved to Hartford. He purchased
the home of Richard Goodman in 1660, on the north side of the meeting yard.
In 1662, sold and bought 4 parcels of land in the north meadow from Mrs Olcott.
In 1662, he was elected freeman; a juror in the particular court in 1661 and 1662
(this court indighted on 13 June 1662 mary Sanford for witchcraft where she
was found guilty). Deputy at a number of sessions 1663-1689. In 1672 JFs name
was included in a list of residents of Windsor on the east side of the Great River.
In 1691, Oct 8, one of the petitioners for a distinct church organization at
Windsor, Eastside. A member of clearks and conveyances -- the last of which is
dated 17 November 1719. Possibly still alive in 1727. Marriage probably between
1657 and 1660.

[TAG 14:87-96] A clothier of Bocking, Essex, England. Probably was the son of
Thomas who was buried at Bocking 4 July 1595. Had brothers Richard and John.
AR survived him. Children: Thomas, John, James, Nathaniel, Jeremy, Samuel,
Joseph, and daughters, Mary, Anna, and Sarah. 16 years later, 4 sons Thomas,
James, Samuel and Joseph appear at Hartford [James in the Mell ancestry; Joseph
in the Clark].
[Fitch1 7] TF married Anne, daughter of John Reve of Gosfield, Co Essex.
Mentioned in JRs will of 1620. She was the executrix of TFs will in 1633.

Mentioned in the will of his cousin in 1606. His will is dated 12 May
1605 asnd proved 18 June. Married 1) Joan Thurgood of Wlenham, Co
Essex at Canfield, 13 September 1574; 2) Bridget, widow of John Goss
of Edwardstone and of John French of E. (she died 29 August 1603 at
E.); 2)Joane, widow of -- Taylor, mentioned in her husbands will of
1605.

[Fitch1 11] TF was age 3 when he inherited in 9 April 1468. His death
was reported at the Court of the Manor at Lindsell 23 December 1514
and at Widdington 9 November 1514. TF married Agnes Alger, also
written Algore, only child and geir of Robert Algore, Lord of Castle
Brasenhead and other lands. She was admintted tenant of her fathers
lands 21 December 1493. She died before 25 September 1537.

parish church Lindsell, Essex.
