[Savage 3:11] Boston, 1639, admitted 11 August 1639 to the church so that probably he came the preceding year, and there is no slight reason to think he came with Mather in the James from Bristol, 1635. By wife Ann, probably sister of Robert Smith, from London, had Hannah who died soon, Elijah and Hannah who married Jonathan Metcalf. He lived after 1652 in that part of Boston called Muddy River (now called Brookline). Removed to Newton and died there at the age of 80 years (his will of 21 January 1684 calls him aged 78). His widow Judith died at Roxbury 23 August 1687.

Supposition is that Nicholas married Rebecca the sister of Alderman Moulson. Also mentions "My cousin John Kendricke alderman of London"
[NEHGR 48:405] Lists parents and syblings of Thomas Moulson. Anne married Hugonis Kendrick; Rebecca m Nicholaus Rawton [sic]. If John Kendrick were the sone of Hugonis and Anne, this could account for being called cousin by both above].
