Material Use
I used Omni Graffle on my Mac to draw the
postures. If you use a Mac and want to modify any of the asanas or
create new ones using the ones I already created, feel free to drop me
a line. I will be glad to give you the graffle files or convert them to
any standard graphics format you need them in.
