Computer  Aided  Test  LAB

                         Welcome to Computer Aided Test Lab (CATLAB)
                         which is a part of Computer Engineering Research Center (CERC)
                         in the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering
                         at The University of Texas at Austin .
                         The lab focuses on integrating research in the areas of  Intellectual Property (IP) Core testing, Reconfigurable Computing, Fault diagnosis,
                         Synthesis for test and Built-in  Self-test (BIST). The lab  began operating in 1993 and its research funding is through federal agencies and industry.
