Extra office hours for Programming Assignment 4
We will to hold some extra office hours during the weekend, in the 5th floor lab (ENS 507):
Special Meetings with Dr. Patt to discuss the 2nd exam
In addition to regular one-on-one meetings with any student in the class who
wishes to, Dr. Patt wants to meet with those students who, based on their
performance on the second midterm, are in serious danger of failing the course.
In order to meet with as many students as possible as soon as possible, he is
planning to meet for an hour with groups of ten or fewer over the next few
days.
Sign-up sheets for the one-hour meetings are on the door outside Dr. Patt's office.

All meetings will take place in his office. Note that is a change from the
earlier announcement. The meetings will be at the following times. If he needs to
schedule additional meetings he will later in the week.
Monday, Nov 27: 5pm, 6pm, 8pm, 9pm
Tuesday, Nov 28: 6pm, 8pm, 9pm
Wednesday, Nov 29: 7pm
No office hours Wed-Fri All office hours will be cancelled from Wednesday November 22nd through Friday November 24th due to the Thanksgiving break.
Final Exam Date The official final exam schedule has been released. The final exam for EE306 will be held on Wednesday December 13th from 7-10pm.

Additional tutoring for EE 306
The College is piloting a program
which uses undergraduates as tutors in various courses. As part of this
pilot, we have selected EE 306, 312, 322C, 313, and 351K. The times the
tutors are available are as follows:
EE 306: Sunday through Thursday from 7 PM to 10 PM
EE 312: Sunday through Thursday from 7 PM to 10 PM
EE 322C: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 7 PM to 10 PM
EE 313: Sunday through Thursday from 7 PM to 10 PM
EE 351K: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7 PM to 10 PM
During these times there will be at least one tutor available for the
class. In some cases, there will be more than one. The tutoring
available will be a mix of one-on-one and group depending on student
needs.
Please direct your students to ENS 637 during these times. We will be
collecting data on attendance so we can report back later in the
semester on the program's success.

Office Hours Begin Today Office Hours begin today. All TA office hours will be held in the 5th floor labs (ENS 507). You are free to go to any TA for help. Look at the TA information page or the office hours schedule for detailed times.
First Lecture and Discussion Section The first lecture in EE 306 will take place Wednesday, August 30 at 3:30pm in WEL 2.224. All discussion sections will meet for the first time on September 1 in their respective rooms.
