  • 1/27/2014: My ASP-DAC 20th Anniverary Lunch talk slides: My Take on ASP-DAC on its 20th Anniversary
  • 1/22/2015: ASP-DAC Frequently Cited Author Award at the ASP-DAC 20th Anniversary Banquet, as one of the top 3 cited authors in the 20 years of ASP-DAC.
  • 1/21/2015: My PhD student and postdoc Dr. Bei Yu will receive EDAA Outstanding Disseration Award at DATE 2015. He is on the academic job market!
  • 12/18/2014: I will serve in the EC of ICCAD 2015 as Workshop Chair (to be held in Austin for the first time!). Call for Workshop proposals (Deadline April 30)
  • 7/26/2014: Appointed as Engineering Foundation Endowed Professorship #1, effective 1 September 2014.
  • 5/15/2014: Appointed as Senior Associate Editor, ACM Transactions on Design Automation of Electronic Systems (TODAES).
  • 4/7/2014: RAISE Faculty Excellence Award -- Recognizing Asian & Asian American Faculty & Staff Instilling Strength and Excellence, from UT Austin's Asian/Asian American Faculty and Staff Association (AAAFSA) and Asian Desi Pacific Islander American Collective (APAC).
