The panel session uses a number of case studies to describe the human-centred approach to systems development and usability engineering activities, and provides a forum for discussion on how human-centred process improvement and software prosess improvement can be combined to achieve the conference goals for SPI. Brief presentations from each panelist will open out into a managed discussion.
